Congrats on finishing the diagnostic!
Let’s talk about what it all means.
Rank your scores.
You now have 4 scores ranging anywhere from 10 to -10. Rank them from highest to lowest score.
Your highest score is your Leading Primal Power. Your lowest scoring is your Limiting Primal Power.
Remember, your scores are relative to you. Scoring highest on Commonsense doesn’t automatically mean you have more commonsense than someone for whom commonsense is a low score.
It means your ability to use commonsense is currently stronger than your ability to use intuition, imagination, or emotion.
The Four Primal Powers
And how they might be different from what logic has led you to believe.
How to use your results.
Focus on your Limiting Primal Power.
Many successful individuals have a clear leading strength and a clear limiting strength, with the other two somewhere in the middle.
Generally, you grow fastest when you target your Limiting Primal Power.
Meaning, if commonsense is your lowest score, you’ll want to focus on improving your commonsense.
Target specific primal abilities.
You can target specific primal abilities by understanding what combination of powers make them possible:
Innovation. Intuition + Imagination. Create the future, faster.
Resilience. Emotion + Intuition. Grow stronger from pain and smarter from failure.
Decision Making. Imagination + Commonsense. Make the right call, even with limited information.
Communication. Commonsense + Emotion. Meet your audience where they are— and connect them to where you are.
Life Purpose. Emotion + Intuition. Find the ultimate reason for your existence.
Coaching. Intuition + Commonsense. Help others maximize their potential.
Leadership. Imagination + Intuition + Emotion + Commonsense. Change the world for the better.
Keep developing
We’ll keep sharing exercises and ideas that help you grow your primal abilities in the Operation: HUMAN newsletter.
